Full Time Pre-production Technician Jobs, Salary up to MYR 6,000 in Talexa Partners Johor - Maukerja

Job Description

1. Responsible for the setup, operation, and routine maintenance of pre-processing equipment (such as forming machines, lead-cutting machines, precision baking ovens, and taping machines).

2. Optimize pre-processing workflows for server-grade components; develop and update work instructions; and resolve equipment anomalies and processing quality issues.

3. Monitor and manage yield and efficiency in the pre-processing stage; train operators on equipment usage and operational procedures.

4. Manage equipment spare parts and maintain records of equipment operation, maintenance, and repair data.

5. Implement control standards for Moisture Sensitive Devices (MSD), optimize baking process parameters, and reduce component loss.

Job Requirements

1. Technical secondary school education or higher, majoring in electronics or a related field.

2. 2+ years of experience as a front-end processing technician in the server PCBA or broader electronics industry; proficient in operating various front-end processing equipment and capable of independently troubleshooting common equipment issues.

3. Able to interpret BOMs and component specifications; familiar with the characteristics of server-grade electronic components and MSD (Moisture Sensitive Device) control requirements.

4. Basic English reading and writing skills; able to work shifts.

5. Strong hands-on ability; capable of basic process optimization.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
