Full Time Production Process Engineer Jobs, in MYFutureJobs Johor - Maukerja

1. Production Process Management & Improvement

• Develop, review, and optimize manufacturing processes

• Analyze production issues and implement corrective actions

• Establish and maintain process parameters, standards, and operating conditions.

• Support New Product Introduction (NPI) activities

• Conduct continuous improvement activities

2-Work Instruction & Process Control

• Prepare, review, and update: Documented information related to processes.

• Ensure production personnel follow approved procedures

• Monitor process compliance

• Ensure process changes are properly controlled through Management of Change

3.Quality Improvement Responsibility

• Investigate production quality issues and customer complaints related to manufacturing processes.

• Perform root cause analysis

• Implement corrective and preventive actions

• Work closely with QA/QC to:

• Improve inspection effectiveness, reduce process variation & improve product consistency

4.Safety Officer Function / ESH Responsibility

• Hazard Identification & Risk Assessment

• Safety Compliance Monitoring

5. Any other ad-hoc task.
