Tunku Abdul Rahman University of Management and Technology (TAR UMT) is a premier institution of higher learning in Malaysia. The university provides quality tertiary education and opportunities beyond academic knowledge and skills. The university was formerly known as TAR College (*************) and TAR University College (*************), and has now been rebranded as TAR UMT since 2022.


Role Description


This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Executive, located in Tanjung Tokong, Penang. The Human Resources Executive will responsible tasks including HR management, HR operations, employee relations, reimbursement claim and recruitment. This role will also require working closely with other departments to support the university's strategic HR objectives.


Qualifications


  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good team work
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field is preferred
