DD Prowin is looking for a motivated and people-oriented Sales Intern to join our insurance team. This internship provides practical experience in sales, client engagement, financial protection planning, and customer service. You will receive training and guidance from experienced insurance professionals while developing valuable communication and business skills.

• Learn about the company’s insurance products, services, and sales processes.

• Assist in identifying and approaching potential customers.

• Understand customers’ needs and help recommend suitable insurance solutions under supervision.

• Support the preparation of quotations, proposals, presentations, and client records.

• Follow up with prospective and existing customers by phone, email, or messaging platforms.

• Participate in sales meetings, product training, workshops, and promotional activities.

• Help maintain accurate customer information and activity reports.

• Provide professional and responsive customer service.

• Follow company procedures, confidentiality requirements, and applicable insurance regulations.

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Insurance, Communication, or a related field.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a self-motivated work style.

• Comfortable speaking with new people and building professional relationships.

• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.

• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

• Previous sales or customer-service experience is an advantage but not required.

• Practical experience in insurance, sales, and financial services.

• Structured product and sales training.

• Mentoring from experienced insurance professionals.

• Opportunities to improve communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

• Exposure to customer relationship management and business development.

• Internship certificate or letter of completion, subject to satisfactory performance.

• Potential opportunity for a permanent role or agent appointment after the internship, subject to performance, licensing requirements, and company needs.
