Full Time SMT Technician Jobs, Salary up to MYR 3,500 in EPS Ventures Johor - Maukerja

Job Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and maintain SMT (Surface Mount Technology) production machines.
• Perform machine setup, changeovers, and product conversion according to production schedules.
• Monitor production processes to ensure product quality and machine efficiency.
• Troubleshoot machine issues and perform basic repairs to minimize downtime.
• Conduct routine preventive maintenance on SMT equipment.
• Inspect PCB assemblies and identify defects using relevant inspection equipment.
• Ensure all production activities comply with quality standards and work instructions.
• Record production data, machine performance, and maintenance activities accurately.
• Work closely with Production, Quality, and Engineering teams to resolve process issues.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment in accordance with 5S and safety regulations.

Job Requirements

• Minimum Certificate, Diploma, or equivalent qualification in Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in SMT production or manufacturing environment. Fresh graduates with relevant technical knowledge are encouraged to apply.
• Knowledge of SMT machines, PCB assembly processes, and electronic components.
• Able to read technical drawings, work instructions, and production documents.
• Basic troubleshooting and machine maintenance skills.
• Familiar with IPC standards and quality inspection methods is an added advantage.
• Willing to work on rotating shifts and overtime when required.
• Responsible, disciplined, and able to work independently as well as in a team.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
