About the Client:

Global leader in semiconductors and advanced technology solutions based in Penang Island.

Responsibilities:

• Support field sales and marketing on daily RFQ for key EMS customers through the e-quote portal, ensuring timely and accurate quotation processing.
• Collaborate with field sales on quote strategies for key EMS customers.
• Create new end customer in BPM and raise SQ.
• Update customers master quote file for sales department reference.
• Managed the RFQ for customers that assigned by company from time to time.
• Any other ad-hoc duties required.

Requirements:

• 1 – 3 years of relevant inside sales / customer service experience in electronics components distribution business preferred.
• Able to work in a fast-pace environment.
• Meticulous with positive working attitude.
• Ability to work both independently and as a team.
