Site Supervisor

Location: Johor Bahru, Johor

Tong Seng Fabricators Sdn Bhd is looking for a motivated Site Supervisor to oversee daily construction site operations. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply as training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily construction site activities.
• Coordinate with workers, subcontractors, and the project team.
• Monitor work progress and ensure projects are completed according to schedule.
• Ensure work complies with safety and quality standards.
• Read and interpret construction drawings.
• Prepare daily site reports and update project progress.
• Report site issues to the Project Manager and assist in resolving them.
• Ensure proper housekeeping and site safety at all times.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Building Technology, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Experience in construction is an added advantage.
• Able to work at construction sites and travel when required.
• Responsible, willing to learn, and able to work independently.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Possess a valid driving licence.
