Full Time OPERATION MANAGER Jobs, Salary up to MYR 8,000 in ABT Fresh & Frozen Food Supply Johor - Maukerja

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of all assigned retail outlets.

Monitor outlet sales performance, KPIs, expenses, and profitability, and implement improvement plans where required.

Ensure achievement of monthly and annual sales targets.

Monitor inventory levels, stock availability, stock movement, wastage, shrinkage, and stock accuracy.

Ensure proper product display, pricing, merchandising, cleanliness, and overall outlet standards.

Conduct regular outlet visits and operational audits to ensure compliance with company SOPs and policies.

Manage manpower planning, staff scheduling, productivity, discipline, and performance.

Coach and develop Outlet Managers, Supervisors, and retail staff to improve operational and service standards.

Ensure excellent customer service and handle escalated customer complaints effectively.

Coordinate with Purchasing, Warehouse, Marketing, HR, Finance, and other departments to support outlet operations.

Plan and execute promotions, sales campaigns, new outlet openings, and other business initiatives.

Analyse sales trends, customer feedback, and operational data to identify opportunities for improvement.

Ensure compliance with relevant legal, safety, hygiene, and regulatory requirements.

Prepare and present regular operational and performance reports to Management.

Perform any other duties assigned by Management.

Pay: RM7,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
