• Supervise and coordinate all daily site operations, ensuring work progresses according to the project schedule and specifications
• Manage and motivate construction work teams, including labourers, tradespeople, and subcontractors, to ensure productivity and adherence to quality standards
• Monitor workplace safety protocols and ensure strict compliance with health and safety regulations, conducting regular safety briefings and inspections
• Inspect work quality and materials to ensure they meet project specifications and contractual requirements
• Maintain accurate site records, including daily reports, timesheets, material logs, and progress documentation
• Coordinate communication between site teams, project management, and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and address issues promptly
• Manage site resources, including equipment, materials, and personnel, to optimise efficiency and minimise waste
• Identify and report potential risks, delays, or budget concerns to senior management and propose corrective actions
• Conduct toolbox talks and site inductions for new workers, promoting a strong safety culture
• Liaise with clients, architects, and engineers regarding site progress and any site-related queries or changes

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
