Full Time Outlet Supervisor Jobs, Salary up to MYR 4,500 in The Epic Food Group Sdn. Bhd. Selangor - Maukerja

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Conduct outlet audits and visit observations — cleanliness walkthroughs, hostel visits, training checklist reviews
• Perform daily checks: defrost & standby, FIFO, and QCQA inspection (visual, smell, taste, touch)
• Run monthly stock audits, stock transfers and CK production analysis in Codemax, and resolve count variances
• Plan weekly labour schedules across all outlets and keep daily labour cost on target
• Coordinate across WhatsApp groups, run teachback sessions with outlet staff, and report issues to HQ

REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma in Business Administration, F&B Management or related — or equivalent hands-on experience.
• Fresh graduates welcome
• Comfortable with Microsoft Excel (basic formulas) and Google Workspace
• Detail-oriented and consistent with routine checks
• Reliable, punctual, able to work independently
• Strong communication — able to coach outlet staff
• Own transport, and available on Sundays

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
