Full Time Test Technician ( Chip Semiconductor ) Jobs, Salary up to MYR 2,500 in Hiring By Iman Pulau Pinang - Maukerja

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform testing activities on semiconductor products and ensure test procedures are carried out correctly.
• Troubleshoot and debug minor test failures to minimize production downtime.
• Conduct test cycles according to work instructions and company standards.
• Perform daily cleaning and basic maintenance of test fixtures and equipment.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area by practicing 5S standards.
• Read and interpret schematics, assembly drawings, and technical documents when required.
• Assist in failure analysis, troubleshooting, and repair of non-conforming products.
• Prepare and maintain test and failure analysis reports.
• Support continuous improvement and Lean Manufacturing initiatives.
• Work closely with Production, Engineering, Purchasing, and Warehouse teams to meet operational requirements.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Diploma in Electrical, Electronic, Mechanical, Mechatronics Engineering, or related fields.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Candidates with experience in semiconductor or manufacturing environments are an added advantage.
• Knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing equipment, RF Matching Networks, or RF Generators is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of LabVIEW, C++, Microsoft Excel, or automation tools is preferred but not mandatory.
• Minimum Diploma in Electrical, Electronic, Mechanical, or Mechatronics Engineering (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
• OR Malaysian Skills Certificate (SKM) Level 3 in a related field.
• Candidates with SKM Level 3 must have at least 2–3 years of relevant working experience in manufacturing or related industries.
• Willing to work on rotating shifts.
• Interested in working in a manufacturing environment.
• Responsible, disciplined, and eager to learn and grow professionally.

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
