Full Time Customs Operations Executive Jobs, Salary up to MYR 4,500 in Vision Inland Resources Pulau Pinang - Maukerja

Job Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit customs declarations accurately and in a timely manner.
• Handle import and export customs clearance procedures.
• Liaise with Royal Malaysian Customs Department (RMCD), freight forwarders, shipping agents, and internal stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with Malaysian Customs regulations, policies, and trade requirements.
• Verify shipping documents, invoices, permits, and supporting documents before customs submission.
• Prepare and maintain customs reports and ensure accurate record keeping.
• Resolve customs-related issues, discrepancies, and shipment delays.
• Monitor updates to customs regulations and ensure company compliance.
• Support audits and provide customs documentation when required.
• Perform other duties assigned by the management.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in customs clearance and declarations.
• Experience in handling customs operations within Penang Island is required.
• Strong knowledge of Malaysian Customs procedures and customs reporting.
• Familiar with customs declaration systems and shipping documentation.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently and under pressure.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
