Data Centre Facility Manager / Shift Facility Manager - Full time

Location: Sedenak, Kulai

Responsibilities:

• Provide continuous monitoring of facility operations
• Assist with tactical planning for team goals and objectives
• Recommend continuous improvement and energy management initiatives
• Manage facility management tasks and coordinate maintenance activities
• Schedule preventative maintenance and respond to urgent calls
• Lead major DC activities during non-office hours as needed
• Ensure site compliance with HSE standards
• Support contract administration and associated reporting

Key Requirements:

• Tertiary Qualifications (Bachelor's Degree) in Mechanical, Electrical, or Operational Engineering
• 3–4 years of relevant experience in engineering or critical environment space
• 3–4 years experience in operation of electrical and mechanical services in Tier III data centre or critical facility
• Hands-on experience with M&E systems: CRAC, chillers, and building-related systems
• Competent in Job Hazards Analysis (JHA)
• Critical environment experience within similar sized site or operation
• Strong people skills and ability to interact with client and vendor staff

Pay: RM8,500.00 - RM9,500.00 per month
