Full Time Project Manager Jobs, Salary up to MYR 18,000 in Kimlun Johor - Maukerja

Job Description:

• Accountable for the overall successful delivery of the project.
• Lead a team of professional and technical staff in planning and execution of day-to-day operation.
• Manages project team to ensure optimisation of manpower resources while maintaining healthy team morale.
• Ensure smooth completion of the construction project within the specified time-frame, budget and quality and in accordance to the statutory requirements.
• Attend all client, consultants, sub-contractors and site meetings.
• Liaise closely with consultants, architects, sub-contractors and authorities.

Job Requirements:

• 8-10 years of working experience in high-rise commercial building
• Civil Engineering or equivalent professional qualification.
• Effective team player with interpersonal skills and the ability to work with remote teams.
• Excellent time management and independent decision-making skills.
• Self-motivated and proactive.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM10,000.00 - RM18,000.00 per month
