Full Time Quantity Surveyor Jobs, in ManpowerGroup Pulau Pinang - Maukerja

Responsibilities:

• Assist in establishing client requirements and conducting feasibility studies to ensure project viability.
• Perform quantity take-offs and detailed cost analysis for tender preparation.
• Prepare tender and contract documents, including pricing, costing summaries, and evaluation reports.
• Assist in sourcing and selecting construction materials in line with project specifications.
• Advise on procurement and contract strategies.
• Monitor and control project costs, variations, and budget performance.
• Value completed work, prepare payment claims, and issue Certificates of Payment (COP).
• Assist in subcontractor appointment, scope definition, negotiation, and performance monitoring.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, suppliers, and site teams for project coordination.
• Prepare progress reports, cost analysis, and project close-out documentation.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and contractual requirements.
• Identify commercial risks and assist in mitigation strategies throughout the project.

Qualifications:

• Expertise in Cost Control and Cost Management to ensure financial efficiency.
• Proficiency in preparing and managing Bills of Quantities (BOQ) and Cost Planning.
• Ability to conduct accurate Cost Reporting and ensure complete financial transparency.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills, with a detail-oriented approach.
• Diploma/ Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building Services, Civil Engineering or other related field.
• Proficiency in relevant software and tools.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Prior experience in the interior design and construction industry will be an added advantage.
