Full Time Custom Coordinator Jobs, Salary up to MYR 3,800 in MK Global Auto Resources Pulau Pinang - Maukerja

• Coordinate and monitor import and export shipments from origin to destination.
• Prepare, review, and verify customs documentation for accuracy and compliance.
• Liaise with customs brokers, freight forwarders, shipping lines, and government agencies to facilitate customs clearance.
• Ensure all customs declarations are submitted accurately and within the required timelines.
• Resolve customs clearance issues, shipment delays, and documentation discrepancies.
• Monitor shipment status and provide regular updates to customers and internal stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with local customs regulations, import/export laws, and company policies.
• Maintain accurate shipment records and customs documentation.
• Coordinate with warehouse, transportation, and operations teams to ensure timely cargo movement.
• Support customs audits and ensure all required documentation is readily available.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor or manager.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM3,800.00 per month
