Requirements:

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Basic knowledge of customer service
• Willing and able to work in shifts
• Minimum qualification of SPM or Diploma
• Fluent in English (spoken and written)
• Basic IT knowledge
• Able to work under pressure
• Possess a good track record

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to client inquiries via phone and email in a timely and professional manner.
• Provide end-user support and troubleshoot issues related to the company’s products and services.
• Liaise with internal teams to ensure client issues are resolved promptly and effectively.
• Log, monitor, and update all client inquiries and issues in the ticketing system.
• Conduct customer training and provide guidance to ensure effective use of the company’s portal system.
• Gather client feedback and contribute ideas to improve the platform, processes, and overall customer experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
