Full Time Operation Supervisor Jobs, Salary up to MYR 3,000 in Mansion One Suites Pulau Pinang - Maukerja

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise front office, housekeeping, maintenance, and guest service operations.
• Ensure smooth daily operations and maintain high service standards.
• Monitor room readiness, cleanliness, and maintenance issues.
• Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests professionally.
• Coordinate staff scheduling, attendance, and performance monitoring.
• Conduct regular inspections of rooms.
• Manage inventory of housekeeping supplies, amenities, and operational items.
• Prepare operational reports and assist management with performance reviews.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and SOPs.
• Support sales, marketing, and revenue initiatives when required.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in Hospitality, Hotel Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• At least 2 years of supervisory experience in hotel, serviced apartment, or hospitality operations.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and solve operational issues efficiently.
• Computer literate and familiar with hotel reservation systems and Microsoft Office.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Additional languages are an advantage.
• Willing to work on weekends, public holidays, and shifts when required.
