Kerja Sepenuh Masa Quantity Surveyor (QS), Gaji tinggi MYR 6,500 di LC X JE Johor - Maukerja

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare, monitor, and manage project cost estimates, budgets, and financial reports.
• Conduct quantity take-offs, measurements, and preparation of Bills of Quantities (BQ).
• Handle tender documentation, cost comparisons, and subcontractor quotations.
• Evaluate progress claims, variation orders (VO), and final accounts.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and project teams on contractual and cost matters.
• Monitor project costs to ensure completion within the approved budget.
• Prepare monthly progress claims and payment certificates.
• Review and verify subcontractor claims and invoices.
• Assist in contract administration and procurement activities.
• Maintain proper documentation and records related to project costs and contracts.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM6,500.00 per month
