Full Time Engineering Supervisor Jobs, Salary up to MYR 3,500 in Ibis Styles Johor Bahru City Centre Johor - Maukerja

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily maintenance activities and assign tasks to Engineering Technicians.
• Ensure preventive maintenance is carried out according to schedule.
• Inspect and maintain hotel facilities, including guest rooms, public areas, M&E systems, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and fire safety systems.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests from guests and hotel departments.
• Coordinate with contractors and vendors for repair and maintenance works.
• Monitor maintenance records, equipment performance, and inventory of spare parts.
• Ensure compliance with hotel SOPs, health & safety regulations, and statutory requirements.
• Train and guide engineering team members on safe work practices and technical procedures.
• Assist during emergencies and support hotel operations to minimize equipment downtime.

Requirements

• Certificate or Diploma in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Building Services, or related field).
• Minimum 3 years of hotel engineering or building maintenance experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
• Knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and fire protection systems.
• Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work shifts, weekends, public holidays, and respond to emergency call-outs.

Pay: RM3,300.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
