Assistant / Junior Quantity Surveyor

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in taking quantities from drawings and specifications
• Help prepare cost estimates, BOQs, and material take-offs
• Support in preparing interim payments and cost reports
• Assist in tracking project costs and variations
• Coordinate with site engineers and project teams
• Maintain records of measurements, invoices, and documents
• Support senior QS with daily quantity surveying tasks

Education

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field

Skills

• Basic knowledge of construction drawings and measurements
• Familiarity with MS Excel and basic QS software (preferred)
• Basic AutoCAD 2D

Location : Gelang Patah Johor

Salary : RM3000 - RM3500

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
