Job Description
Responsibilities
- RFQ during the project initiation phase (Assy-Cycle time / Investment Cost…). Layout Design during the pre-project phase (Line capability / manpower / Assy Line Utilization…)
- During the initial project stage, provide design concepts and technical requirements for tooling fixtures/equipment.
- After processing is completed, conduct commissioning and acceptance; prepare assembly process documents (SOP & WI), train and assess operators for work.
- During the project trial production phase, divide workstations from the perspective of process rationality and adjust the production line balance; cooperate closely with other relevant departments to promptly solve production problems (defective product analysis, fixture and equipment problem analysis and improvement, etc.)
- Complete orders on time under the premise of ensuring product quality.
- During the project mass production phase, continuously improve the production line (Check Cycle time / Calculate the manpower / Automated utilization rate).
- Continuously search and investigate new technologies.
- Continuously improve the handling of project problems and abnormal analysis for the projects in charge.
