Full Time Warehouse Operator Jobs, Salary up to MYR 2,000 in DSV SOLUTIONS (DC) SDN BHD Johor - Maukerja

Duties and Responsibilities

Core Warehouse Operations

• Order Fulfillment: Physically pick, pack, and check orders against packing slips to ensure 100% accuracy before shipping.
• Receiving & Inspection: Unload incoming shipments, inspect goods for damage, and verify quantities against delivery notes.
• Stock Management: Organize the warehouse floor by shelving items in designated locations and optimizing space for fast-moving goods.
• Material Handling: Operate manual or electric pallet jacks (and forklifts, if certified) to safely move heavy stock.
• Returns Processing: Handle incoming customer returns, inspect the condition of items, and re-stock or report them as damaged.

WMS & Administrative Support

• Real-time Updates: Use handheld scanners or tablets to update stock movements in the WMS as they happen.
• Inventory Audits: Participate in regular cycle counts and full physical inventory "wall-to-wall" counts.

Health, Safety & Maintenance

• Facility Upkeep: Maintain a clean and hazard-free workspace by clearing aisles and disposing of packaging waste (cardboard/plastic).
• Safety Compliance: Strictly follow all Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) requirements and manual handling safety guidelines.
• Equipment Checks: Conduct basic daily inspections of warehouse tools and machinery to ensure they are in working order.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to [e.g., 20kg] regularly.
• Adaptability: Comfortable switching between office-based tasks and physical labor on the warehouse floor.
• Basic Tech Literacy: Experience using a WMS or inventory app on a smartphone or tablet.
• Reliability: Strong punctuality and a proven track record of being a dependable team player.
• Certification: A valid Forklift License or Reach Truck Certification is highly preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
