Position Summary:

Responsible for Reliability in support of engineering and development needs. Provide reliability testing support and technical report for Reliability. Responsible for developing and executing reliability strategies that drive design decisions and comply to industrial standard.

What You Will Do:

1. Perform reliability tests and reports for product qualifications, design verification, process qualification, and engineering evaluation, with compliance to industrial standard such as JEDEC, TS, AEC, etc.
2. Provide reliability feedback and work in cross functional teams in improvement projects.
3. Responsible for daily tracking and updating of all reliability test data, perform extensive data analysis to provide accurate reliability test result for decision making.
4. Write clear and effective Reliability reports for publications.
5. Participate in quality-reliability, productivity, and cost improvement programs.
6. Perform evaluations such as competitor, supplier or customer parts that help knowledge enhancement and improve our reliability capabilities.
7. Participate in terms of infrastructure setup, reliability matrix requirements, reliability test support, and reliability test reporting.
8. Software/macro development is an added advantage.

What You Will Bring (REQUIRED Qualifications):

1. Working knowledge of reliability testing and failure analysis.
2. Good communication (written and verbal).
3. Knowledge on JEDEC standards and AEC standards are advantageous.
4. Experiences of reliability, test or design experience are advantageous.
5. Must work well both independently and in cross functional team.

Education (Minimum Level)

• Bachelor's

Field of Study

• Bachelor’s Degree in relevant fields of Electronics/Electrical Engineering, Physics and or closely related field.

Years of Experience (Minimum)

• 3 - 5 years

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Understanding of reliability engineering principles.
2. Proven ability to comprehensively apply degree – specific engineering principles in the design of highly reliable, complex systems.
3. Reliability chamber operating knowledge.
