• Ensure that all operations comply with relevant regulations, standards, and company policies.
• Perform administration task
• To record daily briefing meeting minutes and send copy to Management group
• To monitor the cleanliness of the factory
• To update the maintenance action as per request and keep follow up with the Factory Manager
• To arrange renewal for business license, insurances and road tax for company vehicles
• Perform any duties as assign by superior
