Responsibilities

• Schedule Creation: Build detailed timelines, milestones, and deadlines using software like MS Project or Primavera P6.
• Resource Allocation: Coordinate team members, equipment, and materials to prevent bottlenecks.
• Progress Tracking: Monitor work completion, spot delays, and update project phases.
• Risk Management: Find potential problems early and create backup plans to keep work on track.
• Reporting: Share clear status updates and data reports with team leaders and stakeholders.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Technical Tools: Strong skill in project planning software (MS Project, Primavera P6, Smartsheet).
• Analytical Mindset: Ability to break big goals into small, clear tasks and manage budgets.
• Communication: Clear verbal and written skills to update teams and clients.
• Education: A bachelor's degree or diploma in business, engineering, construction, or a related field.
• Certifications: Credentials like Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) are a plus
