Full Time Logistic Admin - Support Executive Jobs, Salary up to MYR 2,800 in SPRUCE MOVER ENGINEERING SDN BHD Johor - Maukerja

Job Responsibilities

• Monitor and track the validity of Road Tax, Insurance, PUSPAKOM, PMA, permits, and other vehicle documents.
• Arrange and follow up on inspections, renewals, and servicing for lorries and cranes.
• Coordinate with mechanics to ensure vehicles and equipment are ready for inspections and operations.
• Track and update the daily movement of incoming and outgoing lorries and cranes.
• Communicate with the Operations Team regarding equipment availability and scheduling.
• Maintain accurate records and filing of fleet documents.
• Assist with general logistics and administrative tasks.
• Perform any other duties assigned by Management.

Job Requirements

• Minimum SPM qualification.
• Fresh graduates and candidates with basic knowledge are encouraged to apply.
• Training will be provided for the right candidate.
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Excel & Word).
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Eager to learn and willing to take on new responsibilities.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
