Full Time Marshall Jobs, Salary up to MYR 2,300 in Forest City Hotel Johor - Maukerja

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Maintain Course Order and Pace of Play

· Patrol the course to ensure playing groups proceed in a timely manner according to their tee times.

· Politely remind slow groups to maintain pace and avoid congestion.

· Coordinate between groups to maintain a smooth and orderly flow of play.

2.Assist Guests and Provide Basic Services

· Provide players with guidance on course layout, rules reminders, or hole information.

· Assist in resolving general player inquiries or minor on-course issues.

· When needed, help contact the front desk, caddie supervisor, or maintenance team.

3.Enforce Course Rules and Etiquette

· Observe and correct improper behaviors such as littering, excessive noise, or unauthorized golf cart use.

· Remind players to follow course regulations and etiquette to ensure a positive playing experience.

· Report violations or special incidents to supervisors for further handling.

4.Safety and Facility Inspection

· Monitor weather, course conditions, and potential hazards (e.g., fallen trees, flooding, snakes), and report promptly.

· Report any damage or irregularities to course facilities such as cart paths or hole signage.

5.Event and Peak Period Support

· Assist with directing player groups and maintaining order during tournaments.

· Increase patrol frequency during peak hours to help with caddie, cart, and guest coordination.

6.Other Duties as Assigned

· Carry out ad-hoc tasks such as VIP guest support or inspection report compilation.

· Provide support to related departments such as the caddie supervisor or golf operations office.

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
