Sepenuh Masa Facilities Technician Jobs, salary up to MYR 2,500 in Elabram Systems Sdn Bhd Pasir Gudang - Maukerja

Key Responsibilities
1. Perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and timely repairs to ensure the facility remains safe, functional, and well-maintained.

2. Diagnose and repair issues involving building systems and equipment, including HVAC, fume scrubber, electrical, and mechanical systems.

3. Ensure the proper operation and maintenance of the following building infrastructure:

• Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) System
• Air Compressor System
• Cooling Tower System
• Fire Protection System
• Building Ventilation System
• Fume Scrubber System
• Electrical Power Supply System
• City Water Pumping System

4. Respond promptly and efficiently to maintenance requests and work orders.

5. Collaborate with internal departments, contractors, and vendors to coordinate maintenance activities and ensure smooth facility operations.

Education & Qualification

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.

Experience

• 2 to 5 years of relevant working experience or an equivalent qualification.
• Experience in maintenance within a manufacturing environment is preferred.

• Good communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with colleagues, suppliers, and customers at all levels.
• Strong problem-solving abilities with excellent attention to detail.
• Able to work extended hours and perform effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Capable of working independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
