About the role

We are seeking a committed and experienced Project Engineer to join our team at FMIT Solutions Sdn Bhd. This full-time position is based in Batu Caves, Kuala Lumpur.

What we're looking for

• Minimum 3 years of experience as Project Engineer.
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering / Building Tech, C&S, M&E or equivalent.
• Strong project management skills, including the ability to create and execute project plans, and track progress.
• Knowledge and experience in Facilities Management will be added as an advantage.
• Excellent technical writing and documentation skills such as preparing progress reports and inspection forms etc.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Proficient in using project management software and tools such as AutoCAD, MS Project.
• A keen eye for detail and the ability to identify and resolve issues proactively.

What you'll be doing

• Manage the day-to-day execution of engineering projects from initiation to completion.
• Liaise with clients, stakeholders, consultants, authorities and cross-functional teams to ensure project requirements are met.
• Create and maintain detailed project plans and schedules.
• Monitor project progress and identify and resolve any issues or risks.
• Provide regular progress updates to the project team and management.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
