REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum SPM or diploma in any field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Well-organised, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.
• Able to work on shift hour (6.30 am - 9.30 pm).

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Coordinate and manage shuttle service bookings.
• Schedule shuttle reservations and ensure efficient allocation of drivers and vehicles.
• Communicate effectively with shuttle drivers to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Ensure prompt and professional customer service at all times.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
