Responsibilities
The Role
Reporting to: Head of the Prep School
The Teaching Partner will work alongside a class teacher or a subject department to provide focused support to a class of up to 20 pupils. They will help to deliver the curriculum across the broad spectrum of subjects taught, helping to provide both support and stretch in the classroom, according to the needs of the pupils. They will be based in the Prep School (Nursery to Year 8) and will be expected to maintain the high standards required of all teaching Partners within the College to enable the pupils to flourish with their academic, social, cultural and physical development. These high standards will also be expected of their interactions with colleagues, hereby contributing to a culture of inclusivity, collegiality, generosity and trust. They will be committed to the wellbeing of the pupils and the staff, supporting the College’s conviction that Companionship, Compassion and Conversation enrich the community and consolidate our integrity. They will remain loyal to the College, upholding and displaying the College’s values and virtues both within our immediate community and beyond
Key Responsibilities

Normal working hours are 8.00am - 5.00pm, Monday to Friday during term-time, plus a maximum of 25 additional work days out of termtime.
