About the Role:

Join our team as a Business Development Executive and take ownership of strategic growth initiatives. You'll be instrumental in expanding our market reach, building high-value partnerships, and driving sustainable revenue growth through relationship management and strategic planning.

What You'll Do:

• Execute Strategic Partnerships: Establish and nurture relationships with property developers, building management companies, JMBs, and key institutional players to secure exclusive agreements and collaborative opportunities
• Own the Sales Cycle: Manage end-to-end client engagement for strategic accounts, from initial contact through contract negotiation, ensuring strong satisfaction levels and consistent renewals
• Analyze & Strategize: Leverage market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, pinpoint opportunities, and formulate data-driven market entry strategies
• Drive Market Expansion: Develop and implement initiatives to penetrate new markets, increase service penetration, and grow the customer base in target regions
• Build & Empower Teams: Recruit, coach, and support sales partners and agents to maximize regional performance and sales effectiveness
• Amplify Brand Presence: Champion branding initiatives and community engagement programs that enhance visibility, trust, and market positioning
