Job Summary
We are looking for a Project Engineer to manage manufacturing projects and support smooth production execution in our Penang factory. You will coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within quality standards, and cost targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage project schedules, milestones, and progress tracking
- Coordinate with Engineering, Production, Supply Chain, Warehouse, and Quality teams
- Ensure material readiness and support production planning
- Monitor project risks, issues, and drive corrective actions
- Support new product introduction (NPI), product transfers, and engineering changes
- Assist in resolving production, quality, and delivery issues
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or any technical field
- Good understanding of manufacturing processes and production planning
- Strong problem-solving, coordination, and communication skills
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment with strong ownership
- Willingness to explore and learn
Pay: RM3,400.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
