Full Time Technician Jobs, Salary up to MYR 3,500 in SMT TECHNOLOGIES SDN BHD Pulau Pinang - Maukerja

Key Responsibilities:

* Assist Process Engineers in monitoring, troubleshooting, and improving production processes on the shop floor.

* Perform line setup, process verification, and first article inspection to ensure production readiness.

* Support root cause analysis for process-related issues and implement corrective/preventive actions.

* Conduct daily checks on process parameters and maintain process control records.

* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure continuous improvement in yield, efficiency, and quality.

* Maintain proper documentation for process control, SOPs, and work instructions.

* Provide technical support during new product introduction (NPI) and process validation.

Requirements:

*Age between 18 to 45 years old.

* Certificate/Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or Mechatronics Engineering.

* Hands-on experience with SMT, PCBA, or assembly processes is a plus.

* Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

* Willing to work in shift-based operations and a fast-moving environment.

* Fresh graduates with strong technical background are encouraged to apply.

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
