Position Summary

We are seeking a friendly and organized Receptionist to manage the front desk and provide excellent customer service. The successful candidate will welcome customers, handle enquiries, coordinate communications, and provide administrative support to ensure the smooth daily operation of the dealership.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and visitors with a professional and friendly attitude.
• Attend to customer enquiries and direct them to the appropriate department or personnel.
• Answer and transfer incoming phone calls while taking accurate messages when necessary.
• Serve beverages to customers and maintain a clean and organized refreshment area.
• Ensure the reception and customer waiting areas are clean, tidy, and presentable.
• Assist customers by providing basic information on appointments, dealership services, and operating hours.
• Monitor customer waiting times and coordinate with relevant departments to provide service updates.
• Perform general administrative duties, including filing, photocopying, and data entry.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Comply with company policies, customer service standards, and workplace procedures.

Requirements

• Minimum SPM, Diploma, or equivalent qualification.
• Previous experience in reception, customer service, or administrative support is an added advantage.
• Fresh graduates with a positive attitude are encouraged to apply.
• Pleasant personality with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused with a professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Basic computer literacy, including Microsoft Office applications.
• Able to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Salary

RM1,900 – RM2,200 (Negotiable based on experience) + Performance Incentives

Pay: RM1,900.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
