• Cost Estimation - Utilize your expertise to accurately estimate project cost, considering materials, labor, and other relevant factors.
• Budget Management - Monitor project budgets closely, identifying potential cost-saving opportunities and implementing effective budget controls.
• Tendering and Procurement - Oversee the tendering process, preparing tender documents, evaluating bids, and negotiating contracts with suppliers and subcontractors.
• Contract Administration - Manage all aspect of contract administration, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations, variations, and claims management.
• Risk Management - Identify and mitigate potential risk associated with contracts and project execution, proactively addressing issues to minimize impact.
• Progress Reporting - Prepare regular reports on project financials, highlighting key metrics, variances, and forecasting future expenditures.
• Stakeholder Collaboration - Collaborate closely with project teams, clients, consultants, and other stakeholders to foster positive relationships and ensure project success.
• Continuous Improvement - Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements, continuously seeking opportunities to enhance processes and methodologies.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM6,000.00 per month

Education:

• Diploma/Advanced Diploma (Preferred)

Experience:

• Quantity Surveyor: 2 years (Preferred)
