Full Time Senior Quality Engineer Jobs, in Connor Manufacturing Services Johor - Maukerja

Job Responsibilities

a)     Work with project and product team to secure the safety launch or success on new technology or product development.

b)    Participate in APQP-, FMEA/Control Plan and KAIZEN teams.

c)     Be responsible for new product development quality schemes including quality technics, supplier investigation, measurement method alignment, quality gate reviews and internal &external reports.

d)    Analysis the data from early production and seek opportunities for continuous improvement.

e)     Initiate action to prevent the occurrence of product non-conformity and system deficiency.

f)      Initiate internal audits to ensure the planned quality controls are implemented for the new projects.

g)    Contact customers to analyze customer complaints/remarks, initiate activities to avoid recurrence and report towards customers and internal organization. (Complaints in the early SOP phase)

h)     Collaborate closely with internal and external partners and keep making continuous improvement on quality system.

i)      Initiate or participated in projects to develop new capability or improve the existing process set up. And report the projects properly to the management team.

j)      Any other tasks assigned by supervisor.

Education & Professional Experience 

• Bachelor degree of science, majoring mechanical or engineering preferred

• Experience of EV, HV cable, Connector or Busbar industry is preferred.

• Experience on stamping,  surface treatment, welding, CNC and automation is preferred

• At least 5 or more years’ experience in the relevant position.

• Be familiar with IATF quality management systems

Essential Training/Professional  Skills

• IATF core tools

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Office software;

• Skilled use of SPC to do process control;

• Analysis and solve problem with PDCA for continuous improvement;

• Good English listening, speaking, reading and writing
