Assistant Executive – Packing
PALMAJU Edible Oil Sdn. Bhd.
We are looking for a hands-on, organized and detail-oriented Assistant Executive – Packing to support our daily packing operations. This role will be responsible for assisting in ensuring smooth packing activities, product quality, manpower coordination and efficient utilization of packing materials and equipment.
- Assist in planning and coordinating daily packing activities according to production schedules and operational requirements.
- Monitor packing operations to ensure products are packed according to approved specifications, quantities and quality standards.
- Coordinate manpower allocation and assist in monitoring the performance of packing operators and workers.
- Monitor packing line efficiency, productivity, output and downtime.
- Ensure correct packaging materials, labels and product information are used during packing operations.
- Monitor availability and usage of packing materials and coordinate with Warehouse/Purchasing when replenishment is required.
- Work closely with QC to ensure packed products meet established quality and food safety requirements.
- Assist in identifying and resolving packing defects, product discrepancies and operational issues.
- Coordinate with Engineering/Maintenance on packing machine breakdowns, equipment issues and preventive maintenance activities.
- Ensure proper housekeeping, cleanliness and organization of the packing area in accordance with GMP, HACCP, Food Safety and company requirements.
- Monitor compliance with company SOPs, work instructions, safety requirements and quality standards.
Job Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Food Technology, Manufacturing, Production, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or a related field.
- Preferably 1–3 years of experience in packing, production, manufacturing or FMCG operations.
- Experience in food or edible oil manufacturing will be an added advantage.

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
