Full Time Commis Jobs, Salary up to MYR 2,500 in Genesis Life Care Centre Johor - Maukerja

REQUIREMENT & QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum SPM / Diploma or certification in culinary arts will be advantageous
• Preferably with commercial kitchen experience.
• Hands on experience with various kitchen equipment (especially knives)
• Team player
• Good working attitude, discipline, punctual and in a good health
• 5 days working

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Cleaning the kitchen station all the time.
• Making sure the kitchen equipment are well cleaned after use.
• Checking the inventory levels and reporting to Head of Department
• Maintaining proper sanitation of the kitchen.
• Following all food safety and hygiene standards.
• Plating of ready-to-eat food
• Assist in food preparations, cooking, plating and general duties in the kitchen
• Assist in cleaning utensils and equipment.
• Stock food items neatly in shelves and fridges.
• Ensure that the received products meet the predetermined quality and purchasing specifications.
• Perform duties in other areas of kitchen as assigned.
• Ensure that all operating equipment are in good working conditions and advise supervisor to raise repair and maintenance request when necessary.
• Other duties as assigned.
