Full Time Equipment Engineer Jobs, Salary up to MYR 5,500 in ASE Electronics (M) . Pulau Pinang - Maukerja

Job Overview:

Support assembly and test line in resolving chronic issues, automation system, quality and yield, cost saving and improve equipment stability such as OEE, MTBF and MTBA.

Primary Responsibilities:

1. Production machine troubleshooting, inspection, repair and maintenance.

2. Equipment problem improvement and exception analysis and tracking procedures.

3. Develop preventive maintenance procedures to reduce equipment failures.

4. Analyze equipment malfunctions and failures and accordingly develop corrective actions.

5. Ensure training and troubleshooting programs on equipment and hardware are in place.

6. Ensure all requirements are met for smooth equipment implementation in production.

7. Lead, train and manage a team of technician.

8. Ensure expectations on production yield, quality, utilization and cost reduction are met consistently.

9. Execute project management

10. Work Plan includes machine installation, try-run, parameter setting, electrical testing, mechanical testing, functional testing, hardness testing, conductivity testing, resistance testing, and safety testing to ensure optimal production efficiency and compliance with safety standards for WIRE BOND process machines.

Qualification & Experience:

1. Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.

2. 3+ years of experience in semiconductor assembly equipment, automation system engineering.

3. Strong understanding of semiconductor assembly equipment and processes, including Wafer Grinding, Wafer Saw, Die Attach, Wire Bond, Plasma Cleaning, Molding, Laser Mark, Deflash, Solder Plating, DTFS, BGA Ball Mount, Saw Singulation, AOI, and Testing.

4. Experience in project management and cross-functional team collaboration.

5. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

6. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

7. Hands-on experience on equipment electrical & mechanical troubleshooting.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
