• Provide onsite technical support, installation, and product testing

• Escalate unresolved technical issues to management

• Prepare and submit weekly service reports

• Ensure timely response and service delivery to customers

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma / Degree in:

  • Electrical & Electronic Engineering

  • Industrial Engineering

  • Related Engineering Fields

• Min 1 year of experience in electrical / electronic environment

• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply

• Experience in industrial maintenance or CNC systems will be an added advantage

• Able to attend on call work on Saturday and Sunday

• Executives specializing in Electrical/Electronic Engineering are preferred
