Full Time Human Resource Executive Jobs, in Kah Motor Company Sdn. Berhad Pulau Pinang - Maukerja

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate payroll inputs, attendance, leave administration, overtime, and statutory submissions.

• Support performance management activities, including probation reviews and annual performance appraisals.

• Maintain accurate employee records and ensure HR documentation is updated and compliant.

• Administer employee lifecycle activities, including confirmation, transfer, promotion, resignation, and exit clearance.

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, onboarding, and orientation of new employees.

• Support employee relations by addressing HR inquiries, handling disciplinary matters, and promoting a positive workplace culture.

• Organize employee training, development programmes, and engagement initiatives.

• Ensure compliance with Malaysian labour laws, company policies, and HR best practices.

• Prepare HR reports, analyse workforce data, and provide administrative support to the HR department.

• Assist with HR projects and continuous process improvement initiatives as assigned.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Minimum 1–2 years of HR generalist experience.

• Good knowledge of Malaysian Employment Act, Industrial Relations, EPF, SOCSO, EIS, and PCB.

• Experience in recruitment, payroll administration, employee relations, and HR operations.

• Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and HRIS.

• Able to work independently, maintain confidentiality, and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
