Full Time Service Technician Jobs, in Alpha Home Appliances Johor - Maukerja

Job Responsibilities

1. Perform on-site servicing, and repairs of electrical products or equipment

2. Provide service and customer support during field visits

3. Be able to troubleshoot products on site, diagnose errors or technical problems, and provide proper solutions and advice to customer

4. Produce timely and detailed service reports on a daily basis

5. Ensure all services are attended on time and efficiently.

6. Cooperate with the technical team and share information across the technical team

7. Comprehend customer requirements and make appropriate recommendations/briefings

8. Provide professional explanation to the customer on the service details after each service.

9. Maintain all equipment, tooling, vehicle and other properties the Company provides by following the Company standard operating instructions.

10. With good communication skills and able to handle customers

Required Skills, Experience and Knowledge :

1. Education: Diploma/Certificate in fields such as Electrical or Mechanical are preferred.

2. Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

3. Clear communication skills; and able to work independently.

4. Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn.
