Full Time Operator - Manufacturing Jobs, Salary up to MYR 1,700 in Brightpath Solutions Selangor - Maukerja

Position - General Operator

Report to - Manufacturing Supervisor

Location - Sg. Choh, Rawang

Salary - RM1700+ allowances + OT + benefit.

Responsibilities:

1. Achieve assigned production volume targets in accordance with the production plan.

2. Ensure the quality of finished products and properly transfer them to the next process in compliance with defined quality standards.

3. Perform operational tasks in accordance with established work instructions, procedures, and process requirements.

4. Operate equipment and perform duties under standard operating conditions while complying with customer and company requirements.

5. Conduct self-inspection and monitor work performance to ensure compliance with defined processes, quality standards, and operational guidelines.

6. Comply with the SynerLean Manufacturing System and Front Line Management Policy.

7. Follow instructions, guidance, and assignments provided by supervisors and relevant management.

8. Support and comply with the requirements of the ISO 14001 Environmental Management System and IATF 16949 Quality Management System.

Authorities:

1. Immediately notify the line supervisor or supervisor of any abnormalities in the production process.

2. When any production problems are found due to personnel, machinery, raw materials, or methods, stop production, notify the supervisor, and wait.

3. Other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

General Provision:

1. Ensure that the highest quality products are delivered to customers.

2. All employees must perform their duties ethically and in accordance with the law, including company rules and regulations.

Qualifications:

• At least 2 years of work experience in an automotive manufacturing preferred in tier I.
• Knowledge and understanding of quality systems and various standards.

Pay: From RM1,700.00 per month
