Kerja Sepenuh Masa HR Executive, Gaji tinggi MYR 4,500 di Luxshare-Ict (J) Johor - Maukerja

Depending on the assigned client, your responsibilities may include:

• Manage day-to-day HR operations and administration
• Handle recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, interviewing and onboarding
• Maintain and update employee records and HR documentation
• Manage attendance, leave, overtime and other employee-related matters
• Assist with payroll preparation and verification
• Handle employee relations and disciplinary matters
• Assist in foreign worker administration and related documentation
• Ensure compliance with company policies and Malaysian labour regulations
• Prepare HR reports, documentation and management reports
• Liaise with government authorities, external agencies and other stakeholders when required
• Support HR projects and other ad-hoc assignments

Requirements

• Diploma / Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
• Minimum 1-2 years of HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment
• Good knowledge of Malaysian employment practices and labour regulations
• Proficient in Microsoft Office

Working Location: Taman Perindustrian Cemerlang, 81800 Ulu Tiram.

Working Hours:8:30am to 6pm

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
