Key Responsibilities

• Assemble products according to work instructions, drawings, and SOPs.
• Follow the correct assembly process and quality standards.
• Troubleshoot minor assembly issues and perform rework when needed.
• Identify issues related to materials, tools, fixtures, or equipment.
• Perform basic cleaning and maintenance of assembly equipment.
• Maintain 5S, safety, and cleanliness at the workstation.
• Read and understand basic drawings, schematics, and technical documents.
• Assist with troubleshooting, failure analysis, and repair of defective products.
• Complete assembly records, maintenance logs, and related reports.
• Support Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement activities.
• Work with Production, Engineering, Quality, Warehouse, and other departments to meet production targets.

Job Requirements

Option 1 – Diploma

• Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, or Mechatronics Engineering.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• No experience required; training will be provided.

OR

Option 2 – SKM Level 3

• SKM Level 3 in Electrical, Mechanical, or Mechatronics.
• 2–3 years of relevant experience in manufacturing, assembly, production, maintenance, or related technical work.

Skills & Competencies

• Basic technical knowledge in electrical, mechanical, or mechatronics.
• Able to understand technical drawings, schematics, and work instructions.
• Basic troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of 5S, Lean Manufacturing, and quality practices is an advantage.
• Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Responsible, disciplined, and willing to learn.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willing to work shifts, overtime, weekends, or public holidays when required.
• Able to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
