Full Time Supervisor, Manufacturing Engineering Jobs, in Western Digital Bayan Lepas - Maukerja

 ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 

• To lead, supervise and coach/train technicians
• Coordinate and follow-up sputter systems activities from front end until back end and process documentation. 
• To audit sputter parameters and practice periodically, include online SPC and procedure conformance.
• Work closely with each shift team members in sputter process sustaining, trouble shooting & improvement in order to achieve sputter utilization (down time), yield & quality goal.
• Understand and accept responsibility for performing jobs safely.
• Other supervisor assigned tasks.

REQUIRED:

• B.Sc. / M.Sc. of Physics, Material science or any engineering field.

SKILLS:      

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in manufacturing related field, preferably in the semiconductor or electronics manufacturing industry.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a leadership or supervisory role.
• Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to accuracy and precision.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with diverse teams.
• Strong technical report writing and presentation skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
