About the role

This role involves supervising daily warehouse activities and leading a team to ensure efficient operations across receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch. You will manage inventory control, coordinate with logistics teams, and drive process improvements while maintaining compliance with safety and company standards.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily warehouse activities including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch

• Ensure timely and accurate processing of inbound and outbound shipments

• Monitor workflow and allocate tasks to optimize productivity

• Coordinate with transport and logistics teams to ensure smooth operations

• Maintain accurate inventory records and stock levels

• Conduct regular cycle counts and stock takes

• Lead, supervise, and motivate warehouse staff to achieve operational targets

• Plan manpower, shift scheduling, and task assignments

• Ensure adherence to company SOPs and safety regulations

• Monitor and report key performance indicators (KPIs) such as productivity, accuracy, and turnaround time

About you

• Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field

• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in warehouse or logistics operations

• Proven supervisory or team leadership experience

• Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control

• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
