Full Time Sales Representative Jobs, Salary up to MYR 3,000 in SayanZing Motorsport Johor - Maukerja

Qualification & Experience

• Minimum 3 years of sales experience, preferably in a related industry.
• Experience in the automotive, motorcycle, scooter, or workshop industry is an added advantage.
• Minimum SPM / Diploma in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
• Proficiency in English, both oral and written, with strong communication skills.
• Good negotiation and customer relationship management skills.
• Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities to manage various responsibilities effectively.
• Effective problem-solving skills, particularly in addressing customer concerns.
• Strong customer service orientation with a focus on building positive relationships.

Task & Responsibilities

• Promote and sell company products and services to new and existing customers.
• Identify and develop new sales opportunities and potential customers.
• Attend to customer enquiries and recommend suitable products or services.
• Follow up with potential customers and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Achieve assigned monthly sales targets and KPIs.
• Prepare quotations, sales orders, and other sales-related documents.
• Explain product features, benefits, pricing, and promotions to customers.
• Conduct product demonstrations when required.
• Coordinate with the workshop and other departments to ensure customer orders are properly fulfilled.
• Maintain accurate records of customers, sales activities, and follow-ups.
• Handle customer feedback and assist in resolving customer issues.
• Participate in company promotions, events, and marketing activities.
• Perform any other ad hoc duties and responsibilities as assigned by the management from time to time.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
